A donor asked for an "Advertising Invoice" for his donation. What is that and how do I generate one in Admire?

Donors might ask for an Advertising Invoice or Advertising Receipt instead of a standard receipt. This is because it is more valuable to them to claim their Journal Ad donation or Corporate/Company Sponsorship as an advertising expense rather than a standard donation. To generate this you need to go into the person’s account. Then go into the pledge tab and right click on the pledge they need the document for, select “Report”, select “Invoice-Business”, then click “OK”. If the pledge was paid the invoice will be marked paid as well.
