1. Go to: Tools > Association Editor
2. In the ‘Group Setup’ tab click ‘New Group’.
3. Double-click in the ‘Group Code’ field and name the group ‘No Texting’.
4. Check off the ‘Used On Account’ box.
5. Click on the button with the ellipsis (three dots).
6. Select ‘Telephone’.
7. Click ‘OK’ to save.
8. Open the ‘Association Setup’ tab.
9. Click ‘New Association’.
10. In the ‘Code Field’ name the association “No Texting” and select ‘No Texting’ for the ‘Group Code’.
11. Click ‘OK’ to save.
12. On the account screen in the “Contact Information” tab, in the right pane double-click on the phone number you wish to add this association to.
13. Click the check box by ‘No Texting’ to associate this number with ‘No Texting’.
14. Click ‘OK’ to save.
