Who will get a student's form on the Parent Portal if parents have 2 separate accounts (i.e. divorced)?

  1. If a student has one form assigned, then each parent will get it on their account on the portal… but if one fills it out, the second will see it as complete.
  2. If the school wants each parent to fill out the form, they would have to assign the student 2 of the same form (make sure the “don’t create if exists” button is not checked off when doing this for this child).
  3. When it comes to pre-g forms, it will prefill with the data from the default account.
